Sales Representative (M/W/D)

You identify new customer potential through cold calling or door-to-door sales. Typically, you are the first contact that new potential clients will have, and you demonstrate how we can solve their problems. You coordinate appointment requests, trade shows, and follow-up discussions. Have no sales experience yet? Are you a career changer? During training, you will learn everything you need to perform the job. Therefore, prior sales experience is not necessary.

As a Lead Generation Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to scout and identify potential customers, effectively generating qualified leads through meticulous research across various channels such as databases, social media platforms, online forums, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Initial Contact: Engage with potential clients by initiating contact through diverse communication mediums including phone calls, emails, and social networks. Your goal will be to pique the interest of potential customers and lay the groundwork for future conversations.
  2. Lead Qualification: Perform initial assessments of leads to confirm they align with our ideal customer profile. You will gather critical information including budget constraints, needs, timing, and decision-making authority.
  3. Collaboration with Sales Team: Upon successful qualification, you will transfer leads to the account manager or relevant sales representative, ensuring a smooth handover by communicating all pertinent lead information.
  4. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all potential customer interactions within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Regularly produce reports that track the progress and efficacy of lead generation and qualification efforts, helping to pinpoint areas for potential improvement.
  5. Professional Development: Continuously enhance your sales capabilities through ongoing training and professional development activities. This includes participating in workshops on sales techniques, product updates, market analysis, and other relevant areas to keep your skills sharp and effective.
